Individual Master Class

The Individual Master Class is perfect for anyone who would like expert one-to-one private tuition on a certain aspect of their swimming style.

You might like us to help you to improve your breathing, stroke technique and co-ordination. Or perhaps you are about to head to a beach in Thailand and would like to brush up on your swimming to get the most from your time in the sea. Both Andrew and Rachel are former international aquatic team members and so you’ll be tapping into years of swimming knowledge, drills and top performance tips.

Swimming Techniques

Swimming is a fantastic sport that we can really use at all ages to help us get and stay aerobically fit. However, like other sports skills, we can fall into habits that may mean we are not getting the best from every swim we take. Many adults who advance their swimming technique in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond do so after running or playing other sports that have had an impact on their bodies. Even if you were a competitive swimmer as a child, or you are a keen sportsperson looking for a new challenge, we are able to provide you with a full stroke analysis before helping to improve your technique through drills, practices and advice. From spotting co-ordination issues to understanding how your stroke changes with tiredness, even those who used to swim regularly will advance from an Individual Master Class session.

Previous Individual Master Class Clients

Previous clients have booked in for a single one hour session before a holiday or a competitive triathlon or open water swim. Other clients have come for a session, have gone away to train and practise the skills by themselves before then either joining our stroke improver, swimming fitness or triathlon swimming coaching programmes. Andrew and Rachel would be delighted to provide you with a swimming training set if you should choose.

Our Master Class sessions are all one-to-one which means you get value for your money as well as advice that is specifically tailored to your needs. You can either email us in advance with your thoughts, let us know at the start of your sessions, or you can give your instructor free rein to help you advance – the choice is yours!”
