Adult Swimming Lessons Dublin
Turner Swim Dublin provides one-to-one adult swimming lessons in Dublin Docklands within a leading 5 star hotel. Two former international aquatic team members teach a variety of courses for adults including learn-to-swim, overcoming water phobia, stroke development and triathlon swimming coaching. Female instructor, Manoela, is a former international triathlete and Andrew is a former international water polo player.
Our private adult swimming lessons are an hour in length and specialise in the correct swimming techniques to enable you to swim with style and ease. For those learning to swim, under the guidance of our calm instructors Andrew and Manoela, a breathing focus leads the way to help your body to be more relaxed as you control arm and leg movements.
For those who can already swim, we can develop your strokes further through analysing your existing techniques and building new areas into your catch, reach, in-sweep, out-sweep, push and recovery phases of your arm cycles, as well as improving leg kick efficiency.
